Step 1: Export
Export your Apple Health data to the Files app on your iPhone.
1. Open Health App
2. Tap your account icon in the top right
3. Tap Export All Health Data
4. Select Export
5. Tap Save to Files
6. Select a location (optional), and then
7. Tap Save
Step 2: Import
Import your downloaded in Step 1.
